Etude du dialogue entre les tumeurs primaires des cancers colorectaux et leurs métastases hépatiques
Nous voulons identifier les échanges existant entre une tumeur primaire située dans le colon et ses métastases hépatiques et comprendre en quoi ce dialogue peut être déterminant dans la polarisation du microenvironnement des métastases mais aussi dans leur développement et leur réponse aux thérapies. Nous ciblons principalement le microenvironnement immunosuppresseur (lymphocytes T régulateurs et aux macrophages de type 2).
Study of the dialogue between primary tumors of colorectal cancer and liver metastases
We want to identify the exchanges between a primary tumor in the colon and liver metastases and understand how this dialogue can be decisive in the polarization of the microenvironment of metastasis but also in their development and their response to therapy. We target mainly immunosuppressive microenvironment (regulatory T cells and type 2 macrophages )
