Digestive Models Platform
General Mission
Despite the development of alternative methods, the use of animal models remains essential for the research themes of the IRSD teams. This platform aims to provide the most relevant in vivo digestive models to IRSD teams as well as to the broader academic and private scientific community.
It facilitates the referencing and sharing of animal models already used by various teams and also seeks to identify researchers’ needs and develop new models. Experiments are conducted in compliance with animal ethics and regulatory requirements, in accordance with the European directive.
